This paring knife features an acute forward point with slightly recurved edge- a very nice shape for hand paring fruits and vegetables as well as light trimming and spot removal. The blade is made from 204 layers of "burl" pattern CruforgeV/15n20 steels.  The handle is of right-handed "D" shape with control ridge, featuring stabilized finely curled koa with a bolster of dyed stabilized maple burl.
